Welcome to Heart Streatham Issue 4
Welcome to Issue 4, which covers July and August, as we take a summer break. We’ll be back with issue 5 for September.
We’re delighted you loved issue 3, and thanks for all your emails and tweets!
If you have an event or group to publicise or something to say about Streatham, please contact us at [email protected] or @heartstreatham on Twitter. We’ll be listing events for free as we build a definitive What’s On Guide for the vibrant Streatham area.
Streatham is really happening, and there’s a lot going on! After an amazing Food Festival, we’re looking forward to the Streatham Festival, a celebration of live music, drama, and the arts taking place 9th-13th July throughout Streatham. See the Festival programme pages 17-24 of this issue and here on our events calendar.
A new event this year is Art23. Local artists will turn the High Rd into a gallery for the duration of the Festival – take the Art Trail to see their work.
Find the Art23 Art Trail map at the back of the print magazine.
We’re looking forward to the Railway’s Dog Show on 21st July as a taster for the main event, the Streatham Common Dog Show in September.
Read all about it here. It’s going to be a wonderful summer in Streatham, from fashion and music at the Lloyd’s Lifeline Charity launch at the Hideaway on 20th July to Sixteen Feet’s season of Alice in the Walled Garden 7-17th August.
Get all the details of these and so much more on our events calendar.
